THE JOURNEY SO FAR...
EACH OF US embarks on a unique journey, a story woven with purpose and destiny. From the moment we enter this world, we are beckoned to connect with God and those whom He intricately places in our lives.
Let’s rewind over two decades to Northern Ireland—a land where the Atlantic meets the west and the English Channel meets the east. It was here, on the Emerald Isle, that Living Rivers was born, a testament to God’s work in our lives.
Karen and I were fervent believers, driven by a quest for the God of the Bible and the vibrant life it promised. We sensed in our hearts that if God was indeed real, there had to be more to our faith.
Scripture spoke of walking with God, of embodying His Kingdom, and of transforming lives through His love. We yearned for that reality.
I vividly recall a pivotal moment when a friend brought us an audio teaching series. “This may be controversial,” he said, “but I believe you need to hear this.” He handed us a set of tapes by Kenneth Copeland on prosperity. Back in the 1990s in Ireland and the UK, the message of faith, total-life prosperity, and Kingdom authority was virtually unheard of. Such teachings were not found on the shelves of local Christian bookstores.
Yet, Karen and I felt an undeniable stirring within. We settled into our green-plaid sofa in the sunroom and pressed “Play” on the first cassette. From that moment, our lives were profoundly transformed. We had found what we had been searching for—a genuine God with a grander purpose for our lives, and the divine authority to
pursue it.

A WORK WAS BIRTHED
In 1999, as I pondered the direction of our emerging ministry, I sought divine clarity on what name would embody the work God was bringing to life. What began as an organic gathering in our home—a place for prayer, teaching, and fellowship—was expanding, even as my full-time role in the police force and Karen's nursing career were demanding more of our time.
Despite these changes, our commitment to helping others remained steadfast.
God often speaks to us in the midst of our daily routines. One day, as I drove home from work, the Holy Spirit’s voice cut through the noise: “Living Rivers.” This name, inspired by Ezekiel 47:9, which describes life-giving rivers of awakening, perfectly captured the essence of our mission.
“Living Rivers” became more than just a name; it became our very essence, reflecting our dedication to bringing life and revival wherever we go.
Over the years, our church family has flourished, new initiatives have been launched, and countless lives have been transformed, rescued, and equipped to join the ranks of God’s army.
Individuals have been empowered to become agents of change, ushering in a heavenly transformation across the nation!
We are confident that the greatest days lie ahead for Ireland and the UK.
A CONTINENTAL MOVE
The call to minister overseas had come, and little did I know it would lead to a significant move for my family—to the USA!
By 2012, we found ourselves in Tulsa, Oklahoma, following the Lord’s guidance. He instructed me to “Create a hub for My Spirit to move,” emphasizing that prayer was not to be an afterthought but a central thread woven throughout everything we did.
I remembered a profound prophecy from Sister Jeanne Wilkerson, known as the "Prophecy of the 50 States." In her vision, she spoke of the unique qualities of various states, including Oklahoma, and identified Tulsa as a pivotal “feeder station.”
The prophetic curtain had been lifted, revealing Tulsa’s future significance. According to Jeanne’s prophecy, under the Holy Spirit’s unction, Tulsa would rise as a key city during the Millennial Reign of Christ, thanks to the deep, sustained intercession of its people.
OUR WORK IN THE CITY, THE STATE, AND THE NATION HAD FOUND A HOME! The double rivers of Ezekiel 47:9 continue to flow.
The Lord always has a plan, and we are honored to play our part in it!

Statistically we know that about 33 million Americans claim to have Irish heritage. Let’s not forget the Emerald Isle — the Land of Saints and Scholars. God has placed a significant destiny upon that “wee Island,” and those of us in America can be a part of it!
AMERICA HAS A KING AND HIS NAME IS JESUS!
As new American citizens, we firmly believe that America’s journey is far from over! With the fervent prayers of the church, this nation will continue to fulfill its purpose and become the “ark” the world needs in these pivotal times. The Lord has called us to establish a work in Tulsa, a city rich in faith, whose brightest days are just around the corner. America has contributed so much to spreading the gospel globally, and now is the moment for the church here to be strengthened from the outside in, continuing and amplifying its vital mission.
