What to do when you're anxious, worrying, and concerned.

What to do when you're anxious, worrying, and concerned.

If you’re going to bed concerned about finances, you might as well get back up again. Instead of lying in bed thinking about lack, you might as well get back up, open your Bible, and begin to read. Don’t lie in bed and think about your financial woes. Get up!

If you’re having trouble physically or relationally,

I encourage you to get up — don’t lie there!

If you’re having trouble physically,— get up! Put on some praise music. You don’t need soft, melancholy music at that stage. You need some wild, praise music!

You say, “But it’s two o’clock in the morning, Pastor.”

It doesn’t matter what time it is. If there’s a party going on in your head and you didn’t invite it, you need to drown it out! There is somebody banging a big bass drum at the back of your brain, and you didn’t invite it! So why would you lie there allowing that thing to bang?

No, you get up and start declaring:

“No matter what tries to come my way, I receive a good report!

Any negative reports coming my way to upset my world ––

I have the power within me to overturn evil reports and bring everything into order!

The Word within me rises and speaks in Jesus’ name!”

The truth of the matter is, if you spend all your time hiding the Word in your heart and speaking the Word, then the Word will spend all your time speaking back to you! If you put in the Word, it WILL come out!

You will find yourself rising high above it all!
